玉	玉音 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リニューアルオープンしたので久々に行ってきました。つけ麺をいただいたのですが、麺がおかしかったです。冷凍麺をレンジでチンすると茹でムラができるのわかりますか？部分的に硬くなるというか。そんな感じの麺でインスタントを食べてるようでした。豆の木は元々濃い味のお店ですが、リニューアル後は濃いけど薄まっちゃった汁って感じです。前は「濃いけど丸みのある味」でしたが、今は「濃いのが薄まっちゃってるのに角がある」って感じです。前はつけ汁がとっても熱くてずっと冷めなくてそれが好きだったのですが、最初からぬるくて半分食べることには冷え切ってました。とっても残念です。濃厚味噌を食べてないので期待を込めて星2つ濃厚味噌が美味しくなかったら星0にしたいです。以前が美味しくてすきだったので、特に残念です。追記 2022/01/08 濃厚味噌ラーメン、麺の違和感もなく、普通に美味しい食べれました！ It's been a long time since it was reopened. 別	別皿アブラ大好き on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ３連休最終日で15時前に仕事仲間4人で伺いました。私はつけ麺ですが、珍しい「小樽とん塩」特盛り440g(1玉220g×2玉)とライスを注文。つけ麺はスープカップの様な器なのも珍しいですね。麺はもっちり、ちぢれ2種類からちぢれ選びました。プレートにドーンと置かれ、脇には少量茹でもやし、長ねぎ、チャーシュー、海苔が置かれて、盛付けも見た目もキレイです。つけ汁はコクもあり、豚っぽさありますが、やや塩が薄いというか遠ーい所で塩っけがあります。予想以上にサラサラでライスドボンしよーと思っていたのでちょっと残念ですね。麺は中華麺ようで周りのもっちりとは見た目もハッキリ違いました。どことなく冷やし中華麺を連想したのは私だけでは無いはず。チャーシューは良くもここまで薄くスライス出来るなーレベル薄さ。更にちょっとパサパサ感もあり、チャーシューとは呼べる代物では無いですね。全体的にはまとまりもあるつけ麺ですが、インパクトが薄く特注が無いフツーなつけ麺です。作り手には申し訳無いですが、卓上のコショウ、酢、ラー油をコレでもか！ってくらい使って味変して食べました。濃厚味噌ラーメンのスープはバッチリ美味しい味だったので、濃厚シリーズは良いかも知れないですね。そーそー、仲間の餃子も頂きましたが、全員が至ってフツーっ言っていました。 On the last day of the three consecutive holidays, I visited four work colleagues before 15:00.
