三	三井圭祐 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ゲーム王国さんの宅配買い取りサービスでNintendo Switchなどの買い取りをしていただこうとして、無料宅配キットの依頼に関しての質問を2021/3/6/13:30頃電話にてさせて頂きました。質問に対する回答が要領を得なかったのはうまく伝えられなかったこちらにも非があるかと思いますが、その際に電話越しからでも明らかに分かるように鼻で笑ったり、小馬鹿にするような態度で対応されました。買い取りサービス自体はとても便利に思えますが、客に対しての態度とは思えない対応は非常に不愉快で利用する気が起きなくなりました。電話対応をしていただいた店員さんにも言い分はあるかと思いますが、分からないことを伺っただけで笑われる謂れはありません。皆が皆このようなサービスに慣れているわけではないと思います。商売をする上での最低限度のマナーはあるかと思います。 I asked a question about requesting a free delivery kit by phone around 2021/3/6/13: 30 in an attempt to purchase Nintendo Switch etc. from Game Kingdom's home delivery purchase service. I wasn't able to convey the answer to the question well. The purchase service itself seems to be very convenient, but the response that does not seem to be an attitude toward customers is very unpleasant and I do not feel like using it. I'm sure the clerk who answered the phone has something to say, but I can't be laughed at just by asking what I don't understand. I don't think everyone is used to such services. I think there is a minimum etiquette for doing business.
