★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 学芸大学駅を背にして右手が学芸大学駅東口商店街。商店街振興組合には200軒以上の商店が加盟している大きな商店街です。飲食店、美容室、花屋、洋服屋、薬局などが道の両脇に並んでいます。商店街沿いもさまざまなお店があるのですが、一本、左右（南北）に入ると、小さいながらも個性的なお店がいっぱいあります。まずは「恭文堂書店」のある角を右に入る筋なんかどうでしょう。素敵な飲食店が軒を連ねています。
