中央公園のような専用駐車場はなく、住宅地から歩いて行く方向けの公園に感じます。（駐輪スペースは有り）
滑り台と砂場、屋根付ベンチ、屋根なしベンチがあり、砂場近くには現代美術のモニュメントがあります。
小高い丘にあり展望スペースからは、御嶽山や恵那山も眺められます。
A park in a residential area of Tokigaoka Town, located under Toki Premium Outlets. There are four school city parks (Central Park, North Park, East Park, and West Park) in Tokigaoka Town, one of which.
There is no private parking lot like Central Park, and it feels like a park for those walking from a residential area. (There is a bicycle parking space)
There are slides and sandboxes, covered benches and uncovered benches, and there is a monument of contemporary art near the sandbox.
Located on a small hill, you can see Mt. Ontake and Mt. Ena from the observation space.
