丁寧でわかりやすく、どんな要望にも快く対応してくださり感心致しました。

そんな中ガイソーさんは要件をすべて満たしてくれ雨漏りも根気よく探してもらい解決してくれました。
他の会社が解決できなかった長年の悩みを解決してもらいありがとうございました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新築後20年、何もしていなかった外壁塗装を思いたち、インターネットや地元塗装店で見積もりを取り、1番親身に対応してくれた業者を選びました。各種塗料のメリット、デメリットを丁寧に教えて貰い、見積もり時にはドローンを飛ばし、外観の状態を確認し、同時に瓦のズレをも見つけ、保険の申請の手続きの手続きの手助けもして貰いました。また、施工中にもテレビケーブルの劣化も見つけて、電気屋さんも斡旋してくれました。
職人さんの礼儀や施工もとても丁寧で、施工予定も細かく報告してくれました。完了検査では、社長、施工責任者、営業担当など、複数の目で細かいチェック後に引き渡しを受け、とても良い契約だったと思います。
塗装だけの会社ではなく、トータル的な施工が可能な会社でした。

He carefully taught me the merits and demerits of various paints, skipped the drone at the time of estimation, checked the appearance condition, and at the same time found the tiles to be misaligned, and helped me with the insurance application procedure. In addition, I found the deterioration of the TV cable during the construction, and the electrician also arranged for me.
The craftsmen's courtesy and construction were very polite, and they reported the construction schedule in detail. In the completion inspection, the president, the construction manager, the sales staff, etc. received the delivery after detailed checks with multiple eyes, and I think it was a very good contract.
It was not just a painting company, but a company that could perform total construction.

関わってくださった方皆さんとても親切丁寧な仕事をされる方々でガイソーさんに頼んでとても良かったです。
屋根の修理がとても納得いく方法をやってもらって有り難く思いました。
屋根、壁の色もとっても気に入って
ずっと眺めていたい気分になります。

知識がないので不安だらけでしたが、誠実に対応して下さったので、一歩一歩納得しながら進めていくことができました。
足場が取れて家全体を眺めた時は、分厚いコートを脱いで待ち焦がれた春を迎えたような喜びに浸ることができました。
見違えるように家が蘇って、新築の時よりも綺麗になりました。特に色には拘りがあったのですが、イメージ以上だったので大満足です。
担当してくださって犬飼さんをはじめ工事に携わった職人さん、皆さんとてもいい方ばかりで気持ちよく工事完了の日を迎えることができました。ありがとうございました。
