★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内がトイレの詰まりと詰まりのせいで排水管が破損し水浸しだったのですが夜遅くにお電話して朝一番に来ていただいて本当に助かりました。当初、名古屋市水道局の緊急電話で来ていただいた水道屋さんではわからなかった原因を突き止めていただきました。やはり、長年の施工をこなしているだけあります。小山社長も来ていただき、壊すところも最小限で済みそうです。今までいろいろな工事会社を利用しましたが明朗会計で後々の保証もついて安心です。
今まで現場管理費はどこの業者も言い値や妥当な金額かわからなかったのですがちゃんと6%と決まっていて安心しました。
これからもお願いしたい業者さんです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 依頼してから施工完了まで全く安心できませんでした。社長と思われる男性の態度や発言は最低なものです。責任感が全くありません。施工も丁寧さに欠けていてミスした箇所をこちらに報告することなく完了させました。後で欠陥に気づきましたが関わりたくないので連絡はしませんでした。素人にはバレないと思ったのでしょうか。客を見下している気持ちが代表者や社員の心にあるのだと思います。二度と依頼しません。
