田	田中吾郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 悪い評価が沢山あり不安でしたが、無事納車しました。ありがとうございました。活気あるお店で、担当の方の対応も良く保険の事まで相談に乗って頂き、納車時には最寄り駅までの迎えも助かりました。車もかなりいい車両を安価で手に入れることが出来、満足してます。ですが、良い所ばかりでは無いです。１つは、事前に問い合わせして諸費用込みの支払い総額を聞いていたのですが、店で見積書を貰うと聞いていた額から60万くらい上乗せされていました。上乗せ内容はコーティングや保証や諸費用です。最終的に聞いていた支払い総額から10万増えただけで済みましたが…断っても断ってもしつこかったです。諸費用込みの総額を聞いていたのにそこにまた諸費用を上乗せされてるのは謎でした。もう１つは、保証やコーティングを断り続けてたら最終的に安くするのでどちらかは付けてほしい！との事でコーティングを選びました。ですが、仕上がりが酷かったです。水弾きも良くボディーは綺麗になりました。ですが細部に白いのが残ってたりしてたのが残念でした。ここで買わない方がいい！とは思わないですけど、押しに弱い方注意です。強くてもネットで見ている支払い総額のまま買えるとは思わない方がいいです！！最低でもそこから10は上乗せです。 I was worried because there were many bad reviews, but I delivered the car safely. 庄	庄司淳一 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 気になる車があり、週末の当日に電話で予約してお邪魔しました。土曜日と言う事もあり他のお客さんがたくさんいらっしゃったんだけど車を駐車場に停めたら直ぐに店員さんが出てきて対応してもらえました。最初の受付してくださった方も自分の古い車を綺麗ですねーなんてほめてくださりすごく気分の良いお店だなーと思いました。そして担当してくださった儀間さんは爽やかで丁寧で堅苦しい感じもなくお客目線で色々と考えてくれてる感じがしました。お店の教育と人選？にセンスを感じました。結局今回は自分の予算の都合でお目当ての車は買うことが出来なかったですが、最後まで嫌な顔１つしないで対応していただきました。お店の在庫の車のセンス、台数、お店の雰囲気、大変満足でした。予算の都合がついたらまたこのお店でリベンジしたいと思ってます。ありがとうございました^ ^ There was a car I was interested in, so I made a reservation by phone on the day of the weekend and bothered me.
