★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前福島駅で、校外学習中の児童に話し掛けられましたが、「今お時間よろしいでしょうか？」としっかりとした言葉遣いだったため好感を持てました。
朝、ももりんバスに乗った時には、附属小の児童たちがたくさん乗車してきたため驚きましたが、誰も騒がず、迷惑を掛けず、１年生の子でさえ大人しく乗っていたので感心しました。
子どもが大人しくバスに乗っていることは、普通はなかなか無いです。
附属小の校門前には年配の警備員さんが立っていましたが(毎日立っているようです)、フレンドリーな感じで、児童たち１人ひとりの顔をよく見て挨拶を交わし、時にはジャンケンをする様子も見られました。
普通に警備するだけでなく、児童たちとしっかりコミュニケーションを取っている姿勢が素晴らしいと思いました。

An elderly security guard stood in front of the attached small school gate (it seems to be standing every day), but with a friendly feeling, he looked closely at each child's face and exchanged greetings, sometimes playing rock-paper-scissors. It was also seen to do.
I think it's wonderful not only to guard normally but also to communicate well with the children.
