★ ★ ★ ★ ★ キレイでおしゃれなお店ではないです。料理の提供にも時間がかかることもあります。でもこの界隈ではイチオシのお店です。新鮮な魚を売りにしているお店はありますが、野菜メニューがほとんどない場合が多いです。こちらは、旬の野菜、魚を中心にした日替わりの創作メニューが豊富。しかもどれも一手間かけた、でも気取らない美味しさです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たまたま西宮で友人と会うことになったのでG-mapで調べたあかなすが改装で休業だったが、たまたま店長がいてふうてんを紹介してくれた。開店30分前で仕込み中だったが快く入れてくれた優しい店長。店は外観も中も昭和レトロ風…。頼んだツマミの味はどれも言うことなし。西宮の地酒も辛口でGOOD！開店の6時を過ぎたらすぐに満席になりました。また行こ！
I happened to meet a friend in Nishinomiya, so I checked the G-map, but it was closed due to renovation, but a store manager happened to introduce Futen. A friendly store manager who was preparing 30 minutes before the opening of the store but was able to put in nicely. The store is a Showa retro-style in appearance and inside. There is nothing to say about the taste of the knob I asked. Nishinomiya's sake is also dry and GOOD! It was full soon after 6 o'clock, when the store opened. Let's go again!
