★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 配達忘れが多く、スタッフの態度は常に横柄。謝ると言う事を知らない人がおり、経営教育が余程できていないと思われる。
以前、しばらく不在にする為、配達停止の事前連絡をしたにも関わらずしっかり配達されており月額しっかり引き落としされていました。友人宅は不在に入っていた新聞数日分がきっかけで泥棒に遭いました。
不配達はおろか、配達停止をかけてもしっかり代金請求される営業は契約違反でもあり、販売店の債務不履行ではないのでしょうか。
 Many forget to deliver, and the staff's attitude is always arrogant. Some people do not know to apologize, and it seems that management education is not very good.
Previously, because I was absent for a while, it was delivered firmly and the monthly fee was deducted firmly even though I had notified in advance of the suspension of delivery. A friend's house was struck by a thief after a few days of newspapers when he was absent.
Not to mention non-delivery, business that is firmly charged even if delivery is stopped is also a contract breach, and isn't it a default of the dealer?
