2名掛けの席に座ったが、窓際でそこにもお皿を置けたから良かったものの、
壁際の2名席だったらテーブルにお皿が全然置けないと思う。。
また、70分制なので、短くて慌てて食べた。。
お値段/お味は普通だと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ジョイナステラスで唯一訪れていない飲食店なので、意を決して訪店してみようと思い運営会社の ”美山公式ウェブサイト” を見たところ、サイト内容の余りのお粗末さに行く気が失せました。
あとから調べたら二俣川店独自の公式サイトが有り（唯一、二俣川店だけは頑張っています！）、必要最低限の情報は得られましたが、、、運営元の公式サイトにリンク先アドレスが貼ってあるわけでもなし。こんな姿勢では "美山"としての機会損失は少なからずあると思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ すかいらーく系の劣化版。値段は同等。食べれるものは少ない、特にデザート。寿司も追加料金で食べ放題となるがネタは少なく小ぶり。12時前であれば直ぐに案内される。開店して間もないので店は綺麗だが店員が不慣れな感じ。たまに注文を忘れられる。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日14時に記名してから三十分待ちで入店。寿司は注文制なのと一度に一人5個まで制限なのに、忘れられることがあるのでやらない方がいい。頼むなら牛豚しゃぶしゃぶと飲み放題だけでいい。飲み放題にソフトクリームがある。デザートはフルーツポンチだけと物足りない。唐揚げなどの揚げ物が無いため、肉しか取り柄がない感じ。サラダの野菜も種類が少なく、パンケーキくらいおいてほしい。金額に対して品目が物足りない。

店前で呼び鈴ならして店員が気付いているのに、何の一言も発せず完全無視され。１０分待ってその間二回呼び鈴鳴らすも、一向に対応してくれなかった。ちなみに客は６割しか入っていないのに。味がどうこう言う前に客商売のサービスというものを学んだ方がいいですよ。もう二度と行こうとも思わないけど。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 食べ放題の寿司の種類が少ない。寿司を１０貫頼んでも９貫しか来ないし、注文と違う寿司あり。しゃぶしゃぶ・すき焼きはどちらも美味しい。落ち着いた雰囲気でゆったりと座れる。ファミリー向けで庶民的。
