★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 待ち時間が実際に５０分～１時間。受付の対応は他病院と比べても最悪なレベルでした。先生が名医であり、治療も素晴らしいだけに、そこだけが残念です。受付の対応は行けば分かります。
The waiting time is actually 50 minutes to 1 hour. The reception was at the worst level compared to other hospitals. The teacher is a famous doctor and the treatment is wonderful. You can understand the correspondence of the reception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 待合室に自分ともう1組という2人しか待って居ない状態で45分待ちました。
電話での対応は終始冷たい感じを受けました。受付の方の対応は、無愛想で親しみ易さは感じませんでした。
この時点では星1です。
しかし先生に関しては、先生によりますが対応が良くその先生にまた診てもらいたいと思いました。
その為、星2にしてあります。
ちなみに診察後のお会計までは10分待ちました。
何をそんなに時間が掛かるのでしょうね？
正直、診てもらいたい先生が居ない限り利用したくありません。

To be honest, I do not want to use it unless there is a teacher I want to see.

きちんと話を聞いてくれて、丁寧に診察していただきました。
待ち時間は、長いですが、とても良い先生でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 詳しくは話せませんが、荒木先生は名医だと確信しました。おそらく、めちゃくちゃいろいろと見抜く感性が鋭いなと感じています。僕は荒木先生に診て頂いた事はありませんが、もし、不調になった時は荒木先生に診て頂きたいと思っています。不調な時は混んでいても、荒木先生に診察して頂く事をオススメします。看護師さんも、清潔感があり、感じのいい方ばかりです。

I have never seen Dr. Araki, but if something goes wrong, I would like to see Dr. Araki. Even if it is crowded when something is wrong, we recommend that you see Dr. Araki. All the nurses have a clean feeling and feel good.
