それししましてもあのご主人の品の良さは、どう考えましても一廉の人物ではないような気がするんですよねえ。

一口サイズの餃子で、食べやすい。
どちらかと言うと、揚げ餃子っぽい感じで、上半分はカリｯと、油に浸らなかった下面はモチっとした食感です。
ビールを頼むと出てくる、固めに茹でた、もやしに醤油とカラシをかけた、お通しもオススメです。

15年以上前は腰の曲がったおばあちゃんがやっていて、焼き鳥なども出ていました。
古き良きお店を残してくれて感謝です。

開店が16時とのこと。
マルカンビル大食堂さんにて、お昼に数量限定の夜来香さんの餃子をいただきました。
ちっちゃくてかわいい餃子。
一人前15個で600円でした。
次は、お店で食べてみたい。
調べてみると、創業65年、高齢化に伴う閉店の危機を救ったのが、マルカンビル大食堂の社長とのことで、2021年1月より経営が引き継がれたそうです。
開業は1995年、元は中国山西省太原の味で、元オーナーさんのお母さんが中国に渡り、独学で作り方を習得されたのが始まり。
