★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 相見積もりの為、同じ条件での見積もりを依頼したが「基本的には現場のみて見積もりしますので、辞退します」と連絡があった。
同じ条件での見積もりに自信がないのか、相場の価格より高いので、されては困るのか判断はつきませんが、基本的にはしないという言葉がとても引っかかりました。
現地をみないと見積もりをしないのがポリシーなら仕方ありませんが、基本的には。。。といわれると例外や御社の都合で対応することもあるおこちらは捉えます。
問い合わせに関する返信内容からも
誠意さを感じませんし、
「他に何かあれば相談してください」ともメッセージをもらいましたが、会社の都合で仕事を選んでいるのか、と逆に腹正しい気分になりましたので、こちらの評価とします。
For a phase estimate, I requested an estimate under the same conditions, but I was informed that "Basically, I will estimate only at the site, so I will decline."
I'm not sure if I'm not confident in the quotation under the same conditions, or if it's higher than the market price, so I can't tell if it's a problem, but basically I got the word that I wouldn't.
If it is a policy not to make an estimate without looking at the site, it is unavoidable, but basically. .. .. If you say that, we may take exceptions or respond to your company's circumstances.
