県警本部の災害対策課に所属していた、2015年4月から1年8カ月にわたり、部下11人に対して、尻を蹴ったり、あんかけ料理を頭からかけたりするなどのパワハラを繰り返していた。
問題が明らかになったきっかけは、県警本部に寄せられた匿名の投書で、聴き取りに対して、男性警部補は「自分の力を誇示したかった」などと、パワハラを認めたという。
県警本部は、男性警部補を停職3カ月の懲戒処分にし、男性警部補は23日付で依願退職している。
