y	yuri mmm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の人が良くない。 10時に受付し、受付順に名前を書いていくが、呼ばれるのが遅いため受付に確認すると自分の名前の部分を飛ばして丸してある。自分が飛ばされたのか不安になり受付へ聞くと偉そうに違うと説明された。 11時40分に外出、12時10分に戻ったがまだ呼ばれない。もう20分ほどして戻り、 12時30分から待ったが呼ばれない。その時はあと3人待ちくらいだった。 12時50分くらいに受付へ確認すると自分の名前の部分を飛ばして印鑑を押してあり、この名前私ですと伝えると何食わぬ顔で「〇〇さん戻られましたー」と中へ報告。その後4人呼ばれたがまだ呼ばれない。。ここで働いてる人は馬鹿なのでは？ The receptionist is not good. さ	さきな on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一時間以上待たされた挙句に診察室に呼ばれたかと思ったら人が通るので一回出てくださいと体を押され受け付けに戻されました。2秒も経たずにどうぞと呼ばれ退かされた意味はあったの？と思いながら診察室のような簡易的なベッドが置かれた場所へ移動し、アトピーの場所を見せると一方的にまくし立てるような声で質問され応えようとしても応えを聞かずに上から圧力じみた声で否定されました。やっとの思いで説明すると少し待っててと言われその後に女医さんが来て下さいましたがほとんど何も聞かれずにアトピーの箇所だけを見て薬を出しますと言われました。看護師の方も女医さんも全ての人がダメ。もう二度と行きませんし周りにもオススメは一切しません。お盆期間でここしか空いてなかったので行きましたがこんな酷い対応をされるのなら行かない方がマシでした。対応や話し方などを見直した方がいいのでは？ When I thought that I was called to the examination room after waiting for more than an hour, a person passes, so when I got out, I was pressed and returned to reception. 瀬	瀬名 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 皆さん感じが良く、笑顔で接して下さいます。広島駅近くなので利用者が多く、予約していても待ち時間が長いこともありますが診察は早く的確です。看護師も医師も全員女性なので、安心して利用できます。女医さんは確かに早口で敬語は使われないですが態度が悪い訳でもなく、冗談を言って安心させてくれる感じです。私は気に入って通院していますが、礼儀や距離感を気にする方には難しいのかもしれないですね。私も電話や目上の人には敬語なのに自分より年下の人にはタメ口で話す人は苦手です。私ならしないので。人それぞれ価値観が違うので評価を見てそういうことなのかなと。 Everyone feels good and treats me with a smile.
