ファミリーなら時季を選ばずとも楽しめると思います?
 2018/05/07 I think the season when cherry blossoms bloom or the season when autumn leaves ? are good.

ほんとにここは穴場ですね。川遊びも出来て、気持ちの良いところです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 思ったよりも近く、八戸市のこどもの国から車で10分程度で着きました。
穏やかな小川が流れ、小川で子どもたちが遊べるようになっていました。
小川へ降りるために、よくプールについている鉄のハシゴのようなもので降りるのですが、２つのうち一つは壊れていました。
また、遊具も使用禁止のものがいくつかあり少し残念でした。
わいわいやりたい人には少し静かすぎるかもしれません。
・追記
真夏日に2歳の子供を連れて遊びに行きました。
浅く穏やかな小川で、ゆっくり遊べるので穴場だと思います。

遊具は全て撤去されていました。
It was closer than I expected, and it took about 10 minutes by car from Kodomonokuni in Hachinohe City.

In order to get to the stream, I often get off with an iron ladder like in the pool, but one of the two was broken.
In addition, some playground equipment was prohibited, which made me a little disappointed.
It may be a bit too quiet for those who want to be happy.

I went to play with a 2-year-old child on a midsummer day.
It's a shallow and calm stream, so you can play slowly, so it's a secret place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11月でも無料でキャンプができる八戸近隣でも数少ない公園です。キャンパーのための水道は一箇所、トイレはキャンプ場側と公園側にそれぞれ、ボットンで備え付けの紙がない場合もあり。敷地内に川も流れているので暑い季節には水遊びもできます。水はとても綺麗ですよ。管理人さん曰く11月半ばには水道止めるとのことなので電話確認してから行ったほうが良いでしょう。
It is one of the few parks in the vicinity of Hachinohe where you can camp for free even in November. There is only one water supply for campers, and there are cases where there is no paper provided by Botton on the campsite side and the park side for toilets. There is also a river running through the premises, so you can play in the water during the hot season. The water is very clean. According to the manager, the water supply will be stopped in mid-November, so it is better to check the phone before going.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 水が冷たくて、虫や生きものがたくさんいて凄く楽しいです！人もまばらです。
ただ、アブやスズメバチが多いので、注意が必要です。
The water is cold and there are lots of insects and creatures, so it's a lot of fun! People are also sparse.
However, there are many wasps and wasps, so be careful.

川沿いにある広めの公園で、通路も整備され家族連れに良いと思います。
トイレ炊事場完備。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this place twice especially when it is late April to early May when the cherry blossoms trees are blooming.
It is just 15 minutes drive from my sister's house in Hachinohe.
There is a camping ground, a pool and nearby padi fields...
