午前中いっぱいで、との話しが9時から始まり13時頃まで掛かり、挙句、エアコン内異常ランプが点滅している状態。メーカーに連絡後、後日修理に来てもらうことには決まりました。が、エアコンの下のネジを隠す部品が破損している事に業者さんが帰ってから気が付きました。この事について何の報告もなく、きちんとした謝罪もありません。
今日メーカーさんに来て頂き、エアコンを直してもらい、部品も後日新しいのと交換となりましたが、業者さん本人からはきちんとした謝罪もなく何だか納得いかない思いです。
プロだと信頼して依頼したのに非常に残念です。今後一切仕事を依頼することはないと思います。
 I requested air conditioner cleaning.
It was full in the morning, and the talk started at 9:00 and continued until around 13:00, and after all, the abnormal lamp in the air conditioner was blinking. After contacting the manufacturer, it was decided to have them come for repair at a later date. However, after the contractor returned, I noticed that the part that hides the screw under the air conditioner was damaged. There are no reports or proper apologies for this.
I had the manufacturer come today to fix the air conditioner, and the parts were replaced with new ones at a later date, but I don't think I'm convinced by the vendor himself without a proper apology.
I'm very sorry that I trusted him as a professional and asked for it. I don't think I will ask for any work in the future.
