友人の推薦で友人と共に訪問。まず、付き出しを見てびっくり。(写真参照)付き出しに手間をかけた品があり、その味は一つの作品と感じた。料理は手間をかけたものや素朴な味のものと色々。その中で「こまいの一夜干し」を初めて頂きましたが、ふっくらとして適度な食感と魚の味、一夜干しの香りや塩味が良かった。お酒のメニューには宮城県以外の酒もありましたが、今回は宮城県の5銘柄の中から4銘柄を頂きました。いずれも美味しかった。その中でも「あたごの松」特別純米がまろやかな味わいで良かった。今回は友人のおごりでしたが、自分の懐が暖かい時に再度行ってみたいお店でした。美味しさに感謝して店を出ました。

There were sakes other than Miyagi prefecture on the sake menu, but this time we received 4 out of 5 brands in Miyagi prefecture. Both were delicious. Among them, "Atago no Matsu" special pure rice was good because of its mellow taste. This time it was a treat for a friend, but it was a shop I would like to visit again when my pocket is warm. I left the store thanks to the deliciousness.

ビーフシチュー これが1500円。濃厚ですんごく美味い!間違いなく本物。結局、合計2,800円で予算オーバーでしたが、納得の味でした。

ミシュラン掲載も納得のお店でした。忙しい中でも、一品一品キレイな料理で嬉しくなります。すべて非常に美味ですが、本マグロは特に今まで食べたことのないレベルで驚きました。スタッフの方も丁寧であたたかく、総じてクオリティが高くイチオシ。仙台から新幹線で行く価値はあると思います。

先日、やく8年ぶりに訪問しました。 以前はお任せでやってくれたので安心して座って飲み食いできましたが、今はやっていないらしく、アラカルトで選択しないと…少し残念 ただ、常連さんが多いと、お任せの変化が難しいのかとも思います。 自分みたいに時々しか顔をだせないモノにとっては、お任せありがたいけどね… でもやっぱりどれもおいしかった。 お通しで1杯 御造りで一杯 塩叩きで一杯 鱈菊のみぞれ鍋で一杯 締めの雑炊でお腹一杯 ごちそうさまでした
