「ミモザ?」
という半生菓子を購入しました(^.^)
そのお菓子は白餡ベースのミルク菓子なのですが
忘れられない位 とても美味しく
探して行って来ました(о´∀`о)
食べた中の美味しいケーキを数個(о´∀`о)❤️
?ボリュームある モンブラン２種
?ホワイトケーキ
?マロンショコラ
です(*^^*)
モンブランはしっとりしたシフォンと
中にたっぷりクリームが入って
その生クリームが大変奥深い味で✨
フレッシュと言うより落ち着いた味で
美味しかったです(о´∀`о)
２つはいける感じです(*^^*)
?マロンショコラは
艶やかなチョコを纏っていて一見甘いかなと思われますが
全く(о´∀`о)✨
艶やかな濃厚チョコに
甘さを押さえた生チョコ
そこへマロンがミックスされると
まろやかさが加わり
とても美味でした(о´∀`о)

ちょっと
大人なチョコレートケーキを食べたい時
ショコラマロンです(^-^)
?ホワイトケーキは
生クリームケーキにホワイトチョコをふんだんに付けたケーキですが
こちらも甘さを抑えていて
ミルク感がふんわり優しく本当に美味しかったですよ(о´∀`о)❤️
ホワイトクリスマスにはホワイトケーキも良いかな(^∇^)
ケーキは落ち着いた甘さが懐かしく
そして美味しさの整ったお菓子屋さんでした(о´∀`о)?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お年賀のお菓子を買いました！どぶろく羊羮、ワイン羊羮が、珍しくてオススメです(^-^)v。焼きドーナツも、日持ちもしていいですよ！りんごをまるごと入れたパイも、甘酸っぱくて(^q^)です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ テレビで見てモンブラン買って食べました。大きめですがペロッといっちゃいます。甘くなく、栗の味がしっかりしてて美味しく頂きました。ただ、分かりにくい場所に店が在るのが残念です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ モンブラン甘すぎず生地もしっとりで大好き！リンゴケーキはリンゴまるごと一個あっておいしいし、ブランデーケーキも美味しくて好き。店員さんもいいひとで、安いしお祝い事ないときにもたまにかってたべてます！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ はるばる弘前から、尾上にあるこちらのお店にブランデーケーキを買いに来る人がいう逸話に惹かれてやって来ました。平川市に住んで７年が経ちますが、初めて立ち寄ったケーキ屋さんです。
建物の雰囲気といい数々の受賞歴といい、たいへんな老舗のようです。ケーキのみならず、お菓子や缶詰、乾物なども置いてあり、ちょっとした商店というか売店のような雰囲気もあります。
店内に入って驚いたのは天井の高さと表彰状の多さです。尾上から平賀にかけては(隣接する弘前もそうですが)大正時代を思わせるような建築が目立ちます。
肝心なブランデーケーキですが、スポンジに程よくお酒が染み込んでいて、美味しく焼けていました。ちょっとしたお使い物にも最適です ( ^ω^ )

It looks like a very well-established store with a building atmosphere and a number of awards. Not only cakes, but also sweets, canned foods, dried foods, etc., there is an atmosphere like a little shop or a stand.
What surprised me when I was inside the store was the height of the ceiling and the number of certificates. From Onoe to Hiraga (as well as the neighboring Hirosaki), architecture reminiscent of the Taisho era is conspicuous.
Although it is an important brandy cake, sake was soaked in the sponge moderately and was deliciously baked. Perfect for small items (^ ω ^)
