★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅から近いので駅利用者や周辺店舗の利用に便利です。立体駐車場なので土砂降りの時でも乗降時に濡れる心配がありません。ただ照明がなく暗いのと昔からある駐車場で少し狭めなので運転に不慣れの人にはオススメしません。隣との間隔もあまりないので、ドアも大きく広げて乗降は出来ないでしょう。
以前はニチイの駐車場だったのでトイレもエレベーターも稼動していましたが現在はどちらも使えません。

It is not recommended for those who are unfamiliar with driving because it is a little narrow in the old parking lot with no lighting and dark. Since there is not much space with the neighbor, you will not be able to get on and off with the door wide open.
In the past, it was a parking lot in Nichii, so toilets and elevators were working, but neither can be used now.

ただメンテナンスはあまり良くなく一台あたりの幅もかなり狭いです。
（大きな車だとかなりギリギリです）
最近駐車スペースの真上の天井についていたものが剥がれて落ちてたり（しかもそのまま放置）あまり良くないです。。。
エレベーターも使えると書いておきながらエレベーターホールは蜘蛛の巣だらけ…
朝8時頃は1Fはほとんど埋まっており停めるとしたら2Fからになると思います。
なお古川祭のときは満車になっていました。
トイレはありますが使用不可になってます。
