r	ryo watanabe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 会社の懇親会で宴会コース（4000円飲みほ付）で利用したが、その飲み放題メニューが用意されてなかったのでスタッフさんに確認を取った際の態度が…勤務中でしょうにスマホで自分の顔を写しこんで眺めてて、教育がしっかりと行われているのでしょうか？甚だ疑問でした。しかも、コースでメニューも決まってるでしょうに、一品一品が出てくるのが遅いので飲むペースも中途半端になってしまいガッカリでした。これじゃあまた次来ようかという気にはなれません。 I used it for a banquet course (with 4000 yen drinking stick) at a social gathering of the company, but since the all-you-can-drink menu was not prepared, the attitude when I asked the staff ... 深	深津勝弘 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店舗自体が狭い。ムードを出そうとしているのか暗い。店員が少ないのか料理も飲み物もなかなか来ない。しかも量が少ない。ぼったくりです。よろしくありません。おまけに悪い性質ではないがあちこち幽霊がいます。あと、このお店は山口の銘酒・獺祭を扱っているようですが、私は山口在住の霊感看護師(女)に悪い意味で「縁」がある身。本人の守護霊どもが「縁」を離れさせまいと・まだまだ利用しようと、私をこのお店に呼んだようです。もう2度と来たくありません。 The store itself is small. か	かゆう on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話で予約してもありがとうございますも言わない。 HPに記載されてたサプライズ特権の件で載ってないから色々聞こうとしてもめんどくせぇって感じで話してくるし、上から物を言う感じ。個室飾り付け可能と書いてあったので話を聞こうとするとどーゆーのがいいんですかって…何が有るかもわからず聞いてるのにですからぁ～という態度。バースデイソング流すの可能の記載されてた為かけて欲しいと頼んだら、有線流れてるので無理です。では、HPに記載されてたのは何ですか？と聞くも、一方的話聞かない。終いにはこれはスタッフがうたうんです。最初から言うなりHPに記載したらどうですかね。 HPにしっかり書くなり、丁寧に上から話すのではなく説明したらどうですかね？客を馬鹿にしてる態度が凄いし、その旨を伝えたらどこが悪かったですかって、、、やばすぎです。恐ろしいのがこれが店長だった事。見えない相手にはもう少ししっかりした電話受け答えした方がいいかと思います。皆さん口コミ最悪だったが行こうと考えてる人行かない方がいいです。これで店長務まってる事がまず恐ろしいですね。いい経験しました。行かない事本気でおすすめします。 Thank you for making a reservation over the phone.
