しばらく待ちましたが、こんなに感じが悪い美容院は今までになくて、キャンセルして帰りました。

人気店ならスタッフのシフト体制だったり、その他諸々で工夫・カバー出来る点はあるんではないでしょうか？
ただただ客に数時間待たせるのが日常茶飯事なお店なら他が良くても顧客満足度は落ちると思いますよ？
他の方も仰ってるように笑える程に回転率が悪いです。
それでいて予約不可の受付順という謎システム。
更には店内で今まさに待ってる客よりも先に受付して外出してる客が優先というこれも謎システム。
そこは百歩譲って店内で待ってる客優先しようよ。臨機応変にさ。
対応や腕が良くても店の機能としては❌なので必然評価も❌❌❌。
