爺ちゃんから、”牛を連れてってお祈りしてもろうた” という話を昔聞いた記憶がある。

本殿の真裏には牛頭天王の社があります⛩
境内まで上がると、社の高さのせいなのか、
圧倒されるような威圧感とパワーを感じますΣ('◉⌓◉’)
うちは農業も畜産もしてませんが、
昔、俺のお爺さんが牛飼ってたのをおぼろげに覚えてます。
神棚から、ここの牛馬守の札が出てきたので
返納兼ねて詣でて来ました。
また来たいと思います⛩

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 舟城の天王さんで親しまれている、牛馬の守護神が奉られている神社です。
畜産家の方々はここでお札を買って牛舎に張り、牛の健康と安産を祈ります。参拝したときはご祈祷中でしたので、お札は買えませんでしたがまた来ます！
本殿はかなり立派な造りで、地域の方々が募って建てたそうです。
