T	Tos 3 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近になって、ずいぶんとサービス向上に努めている見たいです。都心部のタクシーとは違った経営の難しさがあると思いますが、地域で信頼されるタクシーになって欲しいと思います。少しだけ応援してます。以下は以前の状況です。今は少しずつ改善されて来てます。 ----------------- 運転手さん達は良い人が多いのに、配車受付の電話対応がちょとまずい。女性の方は丁寧ですが、夕方以降？の担当の男性が酷い、失礼、客商売とは思えない、非常に気分が悪いです。台風で大雨とか、ちょっと雪が降ってるとか、タクシーだからこそ運行して欲しい時に、配車を断られます。冬季はスタドッレスタイヤを履くとか、なんで準備しないのか？ハイブリッド車とかタクシー専用プロパンガスハイブリッド車とかの導入が早いのはいいですが、天候が悪い時とか、急病で夜間病院に行きたい時とか本当に必要な時に役に立たない、なんか残念な経営です。 Recently, Striving to improve services I want to see.
