届け、集荷などのタイミングで、こまめに確認の電話をもらえたので、
とても安心して利用できました。
余談です。
布団の集荷の約束時間に私が集荷場所にいなくて、
もう一度集荷に来てもらうことになってしまいました・・・。
ですが、集荷に来てくださった方はイヤな顔一つ見せず、
「お役に立ちましたか？」と聞いてくださったのが、
とても気持ち良かった！
また機会があれば、
フジシンさんで布団レンタルは利用しようと思います。
