松	松本昭彦 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あまりいい取引ができた印象がない。販売員の知識、説明、配慮、全て足りないと感じた。些細なことだが、新車引き渡し時に手垢や、洗車拭き上げの際のタオルの繊維がたくさんついていたのも、いい気分にはならない。購入店として選んだことに後悔。知人からは春日部の店舗を勧められていたが、そちらにすればよかったのかもしれない。後日談リース開始後日、雪が降るのでスタッドレスタイヤの交換を頼んだら「タイヤはリースに入ってないっすねー」と一蹴。確かにリース契約の時に迷った項目だったので、こちらの勘違いですね、と引き下がったが後日契約書を確認したところ夏タイヤ8本、冬タイヤ4本が契約に含まれていた。調べもせずに断られ、その後放置。リース契約に含まれるアフターサポートも放置。たまたま担当が大ハズレなのかもしれないが、それがまかりとおるのがお店として信頼度0。なお、6ヶ月点検が近くなった際は「まだあんま乗ってないようですから、今回は点検不要ですかねー」と言われ、12ヶ月点検を有料で受けませんか？という案内が届いた。 6ヶ月毎の定期点検やオイル交換もリースに含まれていて、時期になったらお預かりに上がります！なんて言ってたのに。 I don't have the impression that a good deal was made.
