★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家族でお世話になっています。受付の方は皆さん丁寧な対応で子供たちに話しかけてくれたり、お絵描きするための紙と鉛筆を貸してくださったり、すごく感じがいいです。先生も男性ですがとても丁寧で子供たちも嫌がらずに通っています。また伺います。

しっかり説明をしてくれます。
他のクチコミにあるような、受付の方の態度も見受けられませんでした。
おそらく、受付内と待合所の距離が近いので話し声が聞こえやすくなってしまっているだけのような気がします。
家から少し距離はありますが、次回もまたこちらに通わせていただきます。

ただ、受付の方が勘違い系ラーメン屋店主のように何かあるとすぐ尖った応対をしてくるので、急を要する事態にならない限り行きたくありません。例えば診察券紛失により再発行をお願いしようとしただけで強く咎めてきます。
生活保護を受けていると言う方が診察券？の申請？について大きな声で文句を言われているのも見たことがあります。詳細はよくわかりませんが、電話でお役所に申請して病院に郵送手続きを取ればすぐ病院にかかれるのが普通のところ、こちらだけはいったん自宅に郵送して直接持ってこないといけないとかいった話でした。
今の時勢になんとも時代錯誤ですし、その間に後に残るような問題が起きたらどうするんでしょうか。大声で人の生活事情をばらすようなことを言ってしまうのもひどいものだと思った記憶があります。
機会損失は大きそうですね。
