患者数が多く待ちますが、その価値はあると思います。 (病院はサービス業では無いことを前提とした、感想です。)先生の診察は的確で小気味良いテキパキさ。看護師さんは丁寧で優しく、血管の細い娘の採血も上手でした。 私の火傷で通い始め、細やかな処置により良くなったため、娘も連れて行きました。 生まれてからずっと全身に痒みがある「アトピー性皮膚炎」の小2娘。以前の皮膚科では「アレルギー検査はしても、薬や治療は変わらないのであまり意味はありません。」と、ステロイドを処方されていました。が、ステロイドを塗っていても血が出るほど描き壊す肌の状態、、 こちらの皮膚科で診て頂いたら、「目元に反応がありますね。何かのアレルギーの可能性があると思うけど、調べてみてもいいですか?薬もそれに合わせて出していきましょう」と、30種類以上のアレルギー検査をしてくれました。(花粉の時期にくしゅくしゅしていたし、犬に触るとプツプツも出来ていたので、アレルギー検査は気になっていました) また、痒みを起こす細胞に働きかけるという光を、炎症のある部分に当ててくれました。「ここ、痒いねぇ。ここもつらいね」と、優しい声かけで、初めての治療も安心して受けていました。 アレルギーの内服薬に関しても、今までのものはスースー辛くて舐めれなかったのですが、ここでは「子供にはわりと好評」というパイナップル味のものを処方してくれました。ずっと飲み続けるものなので、少しでも続けるモチベーションに繋がる配慮が有り難かったです。 これから長くお世話になりそうな予感。 追記:◎数ヶ月、通っています。待ち時間は長いですが、ららぽーとで遊びながら待てることと、院長先生の診察を受けられるというメリットで、近所の皮膚科よりも娘には合っているようです。 ◎受付で、待ち時間が長いことや受付人数を超えたため受付自体できなかったこと・予約したのに診察に間に合わなかった人が怒っているのを見かけますが、なぜ自分だけが待たずに診てもらえると思うのか、不思議に感じます。待てない方やルールが守れない方は、ここではなく患者数の少ない病院をオススメします。 ◎新しい先生が入りました。若い女医さんです。適切な薬を出してくれましたが、子供が怖がるので次回は院長先生に診てもらえたらいいなと。

待ち時間は長いですが、ギリギリまでこないと電話でお知らせしていただけます。 診察は丁寧で薬などの説明もとても丁寧でわかるまで説明していただけました。 先生方や受付の方や看護師さんもわからないとこなどを優しく丁寧に教えてくださって感じも良いと感じました。 平日に行きましたが待ち時間は長かったですが、待ち時間が長くても行き易いと感じました。

受付の方も親切で対応良かったですし、問診してくれた看護師さん?も、先生も、処置してくれた別の看護師さんも、丁寧で詳しくて良かったです。自分自身が子供も3人いて、病院を見る目はそこそこ厳しくなってしまうのですが、総合的に見て良い病院だと思いました。 良い病院だから、やはり混みます。 でも、モール内だから待てる所はたくさんあるし、子どもがいても時間がつぶしやすいです。 苦になりません。 先生は、「こう思いますけど、どうでしょう?」と何回か確認してくれます。 皮膚も、ちょっと見じゃなく、しっかり見てくれます。血流がよさそうとか、そこら辺まで気にしてくれます。 また困ったら受診したいです。 薬にも詳しいし、かなり納得感のある診療でした。

ここ最近受付の態度が悪い。 お会計をし終えこちらが御礼を言っても無視。 お大事にの一言も無し。他の患者への対応を聞いてる限り私だけに無視をしています。 25〜30の良い大人が何をしているんだと腹立たしい。 何年もここに通っていますが、先生はとてもスピーディーに的確に診察をしてくれ、看護師が丁寧に説明をして処置をしてくれます。 看護師によって微妙だなと思う事もありますが、先生も看護師もとても良くしてくれます。 なのでとても残念です。

素早い診察で的確な診断だと思うのでお世話になっています。 待ちたくないので朝イチで並んでいますが、平日のある日は9時少し前に並んで5番目でした。並ぶ人にお伝えしたいのは、秋冬は寒い!です。まだ早いので館内にエアコン入ってない感じの上、並んだ順番で数人は木のベンチに座るのですがとても冷たい!ストールか何か敷物持って来れば良かったと思いました。

先生はいい人です。 受付時間指定出来ません。受付した順に案内されます。ただ10人以内に間に合わないとペナルティとして後回しにされます。それでも待合で待つように言われるので、ちょっと嫌な思いをします。 それ以外は普通です。

予約のやり方が相当良くない。午前11時前に受付して、受診1830って酷くたいですか。ま待つ間は各自webで確認して、順番が10番以内になったら院内にいないとダメと。随分偉いお医者さんですね。予約の枠を減らしたり、時間制にするべきです。全く患者思いではないです。受付も優しさのかけらも愛想なく、なっていない病院と個人的には思います!
