★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 曹洞宗のお寺さん。昔子供時分、町内会で肝試しとかしました。南部藩時代の逸話の猫塚が墓地の一角にあり、お寺の歴史を物語っています。最近改修工事を完了され駐車場や本堂等の化粧直しが終わり整っています。本堂に猫さんの彫刻が施してあるのはＴＶではじめて知りました。ゆるキャラ「浄法寺のねこ」さんの由来地。
