★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 福山駅すぐ近くの駐車場。車で来て運転手が車から離れなければいけないときはこの駐車場、車の中に運転手が残れる場合は一般送迎場になっている道に止めて同乗者が帰ってくるのを待つ、そんな使い方をしている人が福山では多いように感じます。
そのため一般送迎場になっている道には常に車が駐車していて、大変混雑しています。ちょっと待っていれば、すぐに車がいなくなって止める場所は空くと思いますが、事故には注意しましょう。たまに自分の都合で車を道路の真ん中に止めて、明らかな交通妨害をしている人がいるのが残念です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅へ来る人の為の駐車場で、駅ビルに買い物に来る人にはお勧めしません。何故ならば、料金にお上手がないからです。
送迎に来て、ホームや改札口まで出向くを含めても30分までですかね。
南口の地下送迎場の駐車区画のように、一定時間以上駐めると渋い顔される？事はないです。番人はいません。
駐車区画も旧法の規定に拠る引き方なので、車と車の間の間隔が狭いです。バックに自信がない方お勧めしません。道を隔て、ファミマの隣のベッセルホテルの駐車場をお勧めします。
区画が矢羽根状に斜めに並んでいるので、頭から突っこむと、抜けにくい区画もあります。
