近くには薬局や商業施設もあるので、長時間の利用もしやすそうな印象を受けました。

It was a facility that could accommodate all usage scenarios, from individual work (24 hours is possible), private office use, small workshops, and events with a large number of people over 20 people.
There is also a free school in the trailer house next to it, which is a wonderful initiative that also serves as a place for children.
There are pharmacies and commercial facilities nearby, so I got the impression that it would be easy to use for a long time.
