鮭の切り身 ちょっと高めですが多めに買って冷凍保存。何もないときこれで完璧。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 刺身、特にマグロの刺身は美味しいです。子供達はここのお店の刺身みしか食べません、スーパーには失礼ですが、スーパーで買ってきた刺身は一口食べて残してしまいます。鮭の切身も身が厚く最高です。どの魚も美味しい、ハズレは有りません。昔ながらのお店だけど?

今日も大好きなキングサーモンの味噌漬けを買ってきましたd=(^o^)=b油がのってとっても美味しいです。接客も元気が良くて大好きです。これからのシーズンは鍋がお薦めです。
