現在は3時間半待たされているところですが。
10-12時着の分で10時から現地に荷受のため待っており、11:45分頃 事務所に連絡すると、12時までに着きます、との対応。
12:50になっても来ないので再度確認すると、ドライバーには確認していなかったので、確認します、とのこと。
ドライバーから電話が入ると、13:30着ですがいいですか？とのこと。
お昼休憩させてもらいたかったな、お腹すいたな。
届いた商品で作業する人と合計３人、クレーム手直し現場で12時までには着く、って電話確認とれたからずっと待っとんのよ。適当な電話対応は沢山の人に迷惑。
