J	JAPAN MTJ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ただ建物が綺麗なだけ。職員の大半はいい人だけど、態度が悪かったり、対応が雑や、職員が勝手に決めて要望に答えてくれない事もある。利用者で職員と揉めてる所を何度か見たこともあります。部署によっては忙しいから福山の本庁舎に聞いてくださいとか行ってくださいととかたらい回しもあります。住民票など簡単な用事は問題ないですが、何か複雑な用件やクレーム、相談事は事前に電話をしてから行くことをオススメします。でないといきなり行くと門前払いです。 Just the building is beautiful.
