牛カルビ100g￥700を購入。自分で好きな厚さで切りたかったので伝えると、丁寧に切り方を教えて頂いた。バーベキューセットの肉も頼むと作ってくれるそうで見本の写真があった。肉は当然うまかった。スーパーのカルビとは次元が違う。肉はやっぱり肉屋さんで買うべし！豚等はスーパーより安くて旨いのだ！話は違うが、中野は4件も肉屋さんがある！須坂は１件しか残っていない！
追伸 須坂の福田屋さんとは無関係だそうだ。
