花	花りん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛乳パン目的に伺いました。パンはとてもフワフワで、甘めの白いクリーム、元祖牛乳パンという感じで美味しいです。柔らかいのでちぎると崩れてくるほどフワフワです。パッケージの絵柄が最高で、手書きで書いたような子供と牛の絵がレトロでとても可愛いです。牛乳パンは一個200円。店内は昔ながらの雰囲気で他にもいろんなパンが、懐かしい感じのトレーに乗って手頃な値段で売っています。車で行ったのですが、駐車場が無いので店前に停めましたが、割と車が通るので注意。 I visited for the purpose of milk bread. 食	食塩相当量 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 言わずと知れた長野のローカルパン。お土産に最適だ。久しぶりに訪れたら牛乳パン広告が盛り上がっていた。木曽福島に来たなら必ず購入しなければならないアイテムの１つ。袋を開封すると長方形のパン。大手メーカーの牛乳パンと異なるのは、パン表面に手で簡単にちぎれるような切れ込みが一切なく、フラットな表面。元の大きさはどの位のパンなのだろう？肝心な味は普通。パンの水分率は低くパサつく。軽いがボソボソとしたもので、水、小麦粉、イースト、塩のみで作った本物のコッペパンの装い。クリームはケミカルな風合い。そう。袋もだが、味も食感も昔のまんま。何十年も前の味が今も健在。大手メーカーの牛乳パンは乳製品をふんだんに使用し、ふんわり柔らかく作ってあるが、そのクオリティーとは比較にならない。決して美味い！とは言えないが、変わらぬ味と言うのは大切。人それぞれの懐かしい時代へ一気に引き戻してくれる。私は長野県生まれではないが、パンを食った時、小学校の給食で出ていた味気ないコッペパンを思い出した。タイムスリップできるアイテムだと思う。 Needless to say, Nagano's local bread.
