★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何度かお世話になっていますが、混雑していた試しがありません。しかし、具合が悪い時に待ち時間ゼロはとても助かります。
先生はかなり高齢で、カルテはドイツ語で書いています。
毎回問診の後に点滴させられています。大丈夫かな？といつも不安になりますが、処方される薬はちゃんと効いており、症状が緩和されるので、内科はいつもここへ行きます。

予約もできませんので！

聞かれても何も答えられませんので！！！」
ワクチンの問い合わせで大変なのは分かります。
ワクチンが足りなくて予約出来ないのも分かります。
でも、それならそれなりの対応のマニュアル化（冷静に伝えるのは大前提です。そもそもこちらの話を聞きましょう）があるのではないでしょうか。
今後、ワクチンの供給が再開されたらどのように告知されるかを質問したいと思っても
電話口の方は終始イライラしながら、上記のことを叫ぶだけ。
いつも予防接種でお世話になっている医院で、穏やかな印象でしたので残念でしかありません。
