★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 担当者が友達感覚さを勘違いしてるのか、常に上から目線で接客態度が悪い。こちらが素人だから分からないと思って、明らかに低い査定額、さらに間違った情報を教えてきて信頼出来ない会社です。
Perhaps the person in charge misunderstands the sense of friendship, and the customer service attitude is always bad from the top. I'm an amateur, so I don't think I can understand it, so it's a company I can't trust because I've been taught a clearly low assessment amount and incorrect information.
