★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事終わりに友人に誘われて金曜の夜、６時過ぎに行きました。待ち時間もなく入口で食券を購入して入店、店員さんに渡してしばし待ち最初に牛すじご飯、そのあとに特製濃厚塩牛そばが着丼、濃厚なスープは牛だしが効いて細麺にマッチ牛バラのチャーシューもとろけ具合が良く、トッピングのローストビーフはちょっとワサビをのっけると甘さと辛さがこれも美味しく満足の一杯、牛すじご飯も味付けが良く途中でスープを入れて食べるとなお美味しい、

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仙台港で用事があり、私用の前に少し早めの昼食で【麺牛ひろせ】さんへ！
ひろせさんは牛を使用したラーメンを頂けるということで以前から気になっていたお店でした！
今回は特製塩牛そばと牛すじご飯を注文
店内は黑のカウンターに清潔感のある白の内装で雰囲気がいいですね！
コロナ対策の衝立やアルコール消毒もしっかりされているので、安心して食事にのぞめそうです。
注文から約10分程で牛すじご飯と塩牛そばが卓へ着丼です。
まずラーメンは大ぶりの若干レア目の牛チャーシューがトドンと2枚鎮座していてインパクトがありますね〜
スープは牛独特の血っぽいようなクセは全くなく、動物系の旨味がスープに出ていてウマイ！！
今回は塩スープでしたが、醤油ともかなり合いそうです！???
牛チャーシューもしっかりした肉質ですが、丁度良いレア感で脂がトロけます〜?
牛すじもトッピングされていて、こちらは牛肉の繊維質な感じを楽しめて、チャーシューとの対比が楽しいです
他のトッピングの刻んだ白ネギと卵、歯ごたえのあるメンマもいい味出してます
麺もストレートの細麺ちょっと固めで食べごたえもしっかりしてます！
牛すじご飯はラーメンの牛すじとは少し違う感じで甘めのタレの味付けと繊維感もありつつ、トロッととろけてご飯が進む味。こちらも美味い！
最後にカウンターにあるワサビで味変を加えるとツンとして風味良く、さっぱりして完食完飲でした！！
今度は醤油を必ず食べに来たいですね〜

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まず、ローストビーフが目につく。ラーメンにローストビーフ？！と驚きもありますが、スープも牛で出汁を取っているからかローストビーフと相性がいいです。
チャーシューがとてもおいしいラーメン屋。
ツイッターなどでも情報発信してて今風。
バッファローラーメンは二郎系ですね。クセになる
チャーシューは350円と高く感じるかもしれませんがかなり増えるので実はお得。
少食な人は麺を減らしてでも食べて欲しい

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼ちょいすぎに訪問しました。他の方の投稿でうまそな写真をみて決めました。入店してすぐに消毒してからの食券購入で推しは塩みたいでしたが醤油の気分だったのでオーダー。あわせて牛スジ丼もいただきました。
混んでましたが10分かからす着丼。店員さんのオペレーションがスムーズで見てて気持ちよく。店内も綺麗でした。お味のほうはスープ一口のんで、じわっとお出汁が暴れ出ました！麺も中細で固めにあがっておりスープと合う仕上がり、チャーシューてかローストビーフやん(笑)
そりゃ、旨いよ。遠方でしたが店主さんの素敵な笑顔とまた来てくださいの一言で再訪したくなりました。センスのいいTシャツも購入しちゃいました(笑)

牛推しかと思えばスープはかなりあっさりしていて、ただコクはある！
チャーシューも豚ではなくもちろん牛というかローストビーフ！
ただこれが絶妙で，スープの邪魔をしないように非常に薄味な下味で、ただ臭くなく牛だけが出せる香りと厚みを担っていました。
ネギもあえて辛味抜きがされていなかったのは牛の重たさを香りで緩和させる為なのか、シンプルな中によく考えられたストーリーを感じました！麺とスープの絡みもしっかりしていて、スープは飲み干せるほどサラッとしているのに“薄い”とは感じさせない良いバランスでした。

お店に入った瞬間、ラーメン屋さんのニオイじゃなく、ステーキ屋さんのニオイ。
オススメの塩牛そばをオーダー、ストレート細麺のあっさりコクがあり美味。
チャーシューじゃなく、ローストビーフが乗ってました。
辛そばも辛さが選べて美味しいです。
