★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日に受診したのですが、受付がたぶん午前中だけ。検温→診察→会計までスムーズでした。
 I had a medical examination on Saturday, but the reception is probably only in the morning. It was smooth from temperature measurement → medical examination → accounting.

定期検診だと思うが、後から来た人が先に終わる上、1時間以上待たせられる。
体調悪い時には行かない方が無難。
Anyway it's late.
I think that it is a regular medical checkup, but the person who comes later comes to a close and can wait for an hour or more.
It is safer not to go when you are unwell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 患者の殆どか高齢者です。先生も高齢で対話を重視してるので問診が長く、待ち時間が長いです。カルテはドイツ語の筆記体で書いて丁寧に問診もします。正しく地元の名医ですね。
Most of the patients or the elderly. Since the teacher is also old and emphasizes dialogue, the interviews are long and the waiting time is long. The medical records are written in German cursive and the questions are carefully asked. It's a good local doctor, isn't it?
