Now that 50 years have passed since it was built (2020), it seems that plans are underway to attract a hotel and rebuild it into an office building on the 10th floor in the parking lot on the east side of the current building.

The old-fashioned bakery "Etoile" will move into the 1st floor tenant as it is. There are other unique restaurants such as Ichinomatsu, a curry shop, and a steak shop, so it's a spot that can be used in combination with Chuo Park.
