こんな時期のせいか、お客さん通しソーシャルディスタンスを意識して店外で待たれる方が多かったです。
店内入り口にはアルコール消毒薬もあります。
焼肉用の仙台だけでなく、ラム肉やさまざまな揚げ物がたくさん。
今回は仙台牛を各部位100gづつ購入。
自宅で焼肉にしたのですが、家族全員大満足！
からあげとコロッケはその場で揚げてもらいました！
注文毎に揚げたてを用意してくださるようです。
晩御飯のおかずだけでなく、オヤツなんかにもいいですね。
年末年始に自宅で焼肉やしゃぶしゃぶをやる前には必ずここのお肉を買おうと思いますw

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先月仕事で仙台に行った時に立ち寄った惣菜、精肉店でした。揚げ物はすべてパン粉をつけた状態でショーケースに陳列されてました。つまり揚げ物は挙げたてを用意してもらえます。コロッケ、ヒレカツをいただきましたが、さすが精肉店ですね、レベルが違います！またショーケース上段左端にはなんと『仙台牛のローストビーフ』がありました。上段、左端は1番人気の商品置きますよね！もちろん購入しました！肉の甘み、旨味ってこんなにありましたっけ？というぐらい説得力のある仙台牛でした。
お土産には『仙台牛ハンバーグ』と『米沢豚焼豚』を購入しました。大変好評でした。とにかく街の精肉店というレベルではありません。焼肉店を併設するぐらいですから調理にもかなり自信を持ってるのでしょう。柿○とかR○1なんぞ比じゃありませんよ。ご近所の方が羨ましいです。
精肉も『仙台牛切り落とし』がバンバン売れてました。次回立ち寄った時は他の揚げ物をトライしてみます！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 100g880円の仙台牛上カルビを購入しました。牛肉にはサシが入り美味しそうに見えましたが、包丁で筋切りがしてあり、焼いて食べてみると矢張り食感も悪く口の中でとろける事も無く美味しくありませんでした。仙台牛とまではいかなくてもスーパーで同じ値段を出せば国産黒毛和牛でもう少し美味しいお肉を買うことが出来るし、グラム880円のお肉に筋切りがしてあるなんて初めての経験でした。
ただ、お店の方の接客は親切で、サービスで小さな焼き肉のタレを付けて頂きました。
また、コロッケやメンチカツ、エビフライなど、お願いするとその場で揚げてくれ、揚げたてを購入する事が出来ます。
駐車場は交通量が多く信号にも近い場所に面している為、夕方など時間帯によっては信号待ちの車で出入口が塞がれ出し入れしづらいですが、お店の横に4台ほどの駐車場があります。
