白	白猫Angelシロネコエンジェル on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ はじめて訪れました。素泊まり、日帰り入浴　食事だけ　色々なプランを好みで選んで利用できる　食事をいただきましたがキンメ煮付け定食をたべましたがキンメの大きさもそれなりにあり小鉢　漬物　みそ汁　ご飯ついてました。水やおちゃなどはセルフサービスでした。煮付け具合がよくてご飯に合う味でした。 I visited for the first time. チ	チーかま on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 時々日帰りで利用してて、久しぶりに利用。従業員の接客は良いし色んなお風呂があって楽しめる。サウナも広いし、比較的空いているのでゆっくりできる。熱湯は本当に熱く、入れたものではない。食事は海産物は美味しいが、その他は冷凍やレトルトでイマイチ。値段も2～3割増しな感じで割高。注文受けの手際の悪さが半端ではなく、注文するまでにかなり待たされた。大広間は隣と席が近くノンビリするのは難しい。これといったウリが無い。 I use it on a day trip from time to time, and use it for the first time in a while. 尾	尾崎愛香 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 19時頃に日帰りで友達と行きました。｢お風呂は20時までですが大丈夫ですか？｣とロビーにいた店員に言われ、少し悩んでたのですが…店員が｢1時間くらいなら、ゆっくりは入れますよ｣との事で入浴するとこにしました。お風呂の隣でマッサージがあり、マッサージの人に日帰りなんですが2人大丈夫ですか？と聞き、｢20までの受付なら大丈夫ですよ☺19:30と20:30｣と言われて私たちはお風呂だけ20:00までなんだと思いお願いしました。帰ろうとロビーにいた受付のおじさんが突然大きい声で｢お客さん、20時までと私言いましたよね！｣と言われて私達は、マッサージをしていた事を話しました。そしたら｢マッサージするならここで言ってもらってわないと困ります！ここでマッサージと言われてマッサージの方に連絡してお伝えしてからなら分かるのですが！20時までと私は言いました｣と怒鳴られました。私達は、すいませんと謝りましたが…グチグチと言われました。それに、ちゃんと最初に説明して頂かないと私達は分かりません。お風呂に入れるのが20時までと勘違いしてしまうと思います。それに、マッサージの時間は、マッサージの人に言われた時間でお願いしたので腑に落ちない点がありました。それでも謝罪したのにグチグチと言われて気分は悪かったです。最初に詳しい説明をしなかった事と、連携取れてない事は、私達お客には何の関係もないと思います。ちゃんと説明して頂ければ私達もちゃんと対応出来ました。店員の頭の中では分かっている事でも、お客の私達からしたら分かりません。小さな子供がいる前で、大の大人の店員が大声を出すのも如何なものかと思いました。マッサージが気持ちよかったので星2にしました。 I went with a friend on a day trip around 19:00. 小	小田和子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去年、特別室に宿泊しました。廊下もロビーも畳敷きで、思った以上に心地良かったです。お食事も中のランクを選んだのですが、お刺身の舟盛り付きで、ビックリしました。宿泊料金が特別室の割にリーズナブルなので、それも大満足でした。また泊まりに行く予定です。（高齢者がいたのですが、旅館の方々親切に対応していただきありがたかったです。） I stayed in a special room last year. Both the corridor and the lobby were covered with tatami mats, which made it more comfortable than I expected. I chose the middle rank for the meal, but I was surprised to see the sashimi served in the boat. I was very satisfied with the room rate because it was reasonable for the special room. I plan to go to stay again. (There was an elderly person, but I am grateful for the kindness of the people at the inn.)
