★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一通り全身を鍛えられるマシーンが揃ってます。 フリーウエイトはありません。 中高年の利用者が多く、トレーニングのセット間に、マシーンに座ったまま休憩したり、話し込む方が多いので、非常にトレーニングがしずらいです。
There is a complete set of machines that can train the whole body. There is no free weight. There are many middle-aged and elderly users, and there are many people who take a break or talk while sitting on the machine during the training set, which makes training very difficult.

白井市の検診で行きました。
日程によっては近くの公民館等もありましたが、駐車場が狭いため今回は広い駐車場がある保健福祉センターにしました。
新しく出来た市役所の裏手に有りますね。
小さな喫茶店と無料なのかな？わからないですが、トレーニングマシーンが置いてある部屋が有りました。

There were public halls nearby depending on the schedule, but because the parking lot is narrow, this time it was a health and welfare center with a large parking lot.
It is behind the newly created city hall.
Is it a small cafe and free? I do not know, but there was a room where the training machine was placed.
