★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 富坂警察（だったか）の無余地で駐車禁止の看板は有るが、取締等は見たこと無いし、多くが休憩で停まっていたり、駐車場代わりに使える場所です。
There is a signboard prohibiting parking in the Tomisaka police (was it), but I have not seen any crackdowns, many of them are parked for breaks, and it is a place that can be used instead of a parking lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この辺りは昔は吹上村といいました。別名「禿坂（かむろざか）」とも言いますが、「禿」は河童に通じ、近くに古池や川などがある寂しい場所を表しています。この坂の下も昔は「播磨たんぼ」といわれた水田であり、小石川も流れていました。今では想像できませんが、とてものどかな風景だったのでしょうね。
坂の途中には、エーザイの本社屋があります。
This area used to be called Fukiage Village. Also known as "Kamurozaka", "Kamuro" leads to Kappa and represents a lonely place with old ponds and rivers nearby. The bottom of this slope was also a paddy field called "Harima Tambo" in the old days, and Koishikawa also flowed through it. I can't imagine it now, but it must have been a very peaceful landscape.
The head office building of Eisai is in the middle of the slope.
