黒星5つ付けたい位の酷い業者です。家の補修工事を依頼し、総額費用40万円の半分20万円を契約金として支払って契約しましたが、一向に工事を行ってもらえませんでした。「資材を購入するので追加で10万円払って欲しい、払ってもらえればすぐに工事する」なんて事も言ってきましたが、信用出来ないので払いませんでした。契約書に明記されていた納期を半年過ぎても何も進展がなかったので、工事の解約を申し出て契約金の返済を求めましたが、中々応じてもらえませんでした。こちらから電話をかけても無視される事が多くなり、終いには全く連絡が取れなくなってしまって泣き寝入り状態です。返済額はゼロです。消費生活センターに相談したところ、この業者から同様の経緯で100万円や150万円という大金を取られたという相談が複数来ているそうです。現況追記貰った名刺に記載されている電話（自宅兼事務所固定電話、FAX、携帯電話）は全て解約されていて繋がりません。利根町役場に行き、債権回収の為という理由を付けて住民票を取ってみましたが、他に転居した形跡もありません。自宅兼事務所になっている住所にも行きましたが、ゴミだらけで荒れていて住んでいる気配が無く、表門のポスト裏は溜まった郵便物が溢れて散乱しているので、郵便局への転居届も出していない様です。政府発行の官報も時々見ていますが、自己破産したという情報も載っていません。完全に夜逃げ状態です。

I went to the Tone Town Hall and took a resident's card with the reason that it was for debt collection, but there is no evidence that I moved to another place. I went to the address that is both my home and office, but it was full of garbage and there was no sign of living, and the back of the post at the front gate was full of accumulated mail, so I went to the post office. It seems that the move-in notification has not been submitted. I sometimes read the government bulletin, but there is no information that I went bankrupt. I'm completely running away at night.
