特に女性責任者は相手を見て､何を基準にしているのか解らないが 自分より格下だと思うと上から目線の高圧的な話し方をする。
相手がどんな立場の人であれ､上に立つ人間なら周りの見本になる様に相対するべきだと思う。
職員の方も含め､自分達の言動が施設の評判に繋がる事を自覚していただきたい。
