説明紙がいつも付いてくるのですが
その説明紙もなくシミもそのまま返ってきた為
問い合わせの電話をしたところ
こちらが話してる最中にも関わらず
何度も何度もこちらの話を遮られ
理解するどころか話すらさせてくれず
最終的に最後まで説明もできませんでした。
染み抜きはしましたが取れなかったので
もう一度クリーニングに出して欲しいの一点張りだったのに
最後には染み抜きしたかどうか見てみないと分からないのでもう一度クリーニングに出して欲しいに変わっていました。
高価な物であった為余計に残念でしたし
他のところに出せば良かったです。最悪でした。
