接客もしっかりしていて気持ち良く拝見させてもらえます。
This is a showroom where you can understand the concept of Senboku Home.
The customer service is good and you can see it comfortably.

Building that was fascinated by design as it is only head office. Although I am selling cheapness, I think that it is a housing maker who is committed to quality in proportion to the cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建築プランを打ち合わせする場所に、住宅展示場も兼ね備えられた会社。各キッチンメーカーの展示や、泉北ホームズさんの建てられる家の工法も見ることが出来、信頼が持てる会社さんだと感じました。
A company that also has a housing exhibition space where you can discuss architectural plans. I could see the exhibits of each kitchen maker and the construction method of the house where Senboku Homes was built.

ガツガツした営業もなく良い雰囲気の会社だと感じました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本当にひどい。契約してしまえばあとは雑な対応。もちろんクレーム対応も基本的に無視です。反応したとしてもかなり的外れなことを言います。一生に一度の決断をした新築だったのに、家族の絆をぶち壊されるような、本当に嫌な思いをしました。今でもトラウマです。良心のある人はこちらにはいません。
直接言っても本当に無駄で、どうしようもなかったので、こちらに書き込みます。
先日も、何事も無かったかのように、子供騙しのご紹介カードを送りつけてきました。嫌な思い出が蘇ってきました。一生忘れません。
Really terrible. Once you sign a contract, the rest is rough. Of course, complaints are basically ignored. Even if it reacts, it is quite off-target. It was a once-in-a-lifetime decision, but I felt really disgusted that would break the bonds of my family. I'm still a trauma. There is no conscientious person here.
It's really useless to say it directly, and I couldn't help it, so I'll write it here.
も The other day, as if nothing had happened, we have sent you an introduction card for deceiving children. Bad memories are back. I will never forget it.
